Danny Willett | Solid play down the stretch at Augusta on Sunday normally gets you one thing – a Green Jacket

Jordan Spieth | Let’s not forget this kid has already won The Masters and is a legend in the making (if not already). The 12th hole reminded us all how quickly Augusta can come up to bite you if you aren’t firing on all cylinders. Jordan has been fighting the right-miss for weeks and had incredibly held off (even dominated) the field for 65 holes. Fanning the tee shot was a surprise but an understandable miss. Laying the sod over his 3rd…well that’s the one shot he couldn’t afford. Mentally tough to make a couple birdies coming in.

Lee Westwood | Yes…top-5 in a major again…BUT…gave himself a chance to win with 3 holes to play. Pretty good for a guy who has MC’d three times so far this year and has yet to crack the top 25. That chip in on 15…CLUTCH. Always relevant at Augusta come Sunday. The longevity of this guy is unreal.

Dustin Johnson | Been playing very well this year so far without a victory. Also had a chance with a few holes to play. Only thing you can ask for on Sunday. The flat stick let him down again…maybe left hand low? That could be dangerous…

Rickie Fowler | Disappointing week for the Rickster who is starting to really come into his own. Everyone expected him to be a part of the conversation with Jordan, Rory, and Jason, but unfortunately shot himself out of it in the first round. Peaked earlier this year…looking for him on the rebound. According to SnapChat sources, he is coping with the MC well with a prescription of paddle-boarding and other shenans.

Rory McIlroy | The birds never came…that was the story on Saturday for Rory. No. Birdies. Conditions were tough but he made at least five on both Thu and Fri…I’m afraid a Rory-birdie-barrage-at-Chambers-on-Sunday is almost impossible to sustain at Augusta because it’s hard to just attack pins. Easy to make bogeys that way – which Rory had too many of on Sunday (against seven birds).

Jason Day | Hard to win three tourneys in a row on Tour…but Day had a decent showing at Augusta. Was always in the mix and only three shots back going into Sunday…even when not flushing every shot with muscular robotic precision “Jason Day style.” I don’t have a crush on him. Swear.

Matt Fitzpatrick | THIS KID IS YOUNGER THAN SPIETH *ALERT

T-7 at The Masters!! C’mon people this guy is a US AM CHAMP and has already won an event on the Euro Tour (British Masters). Oh BTW he shot 67 on Sunday at Augusta.

DANNY FRICKIN WILLETT THO | Seriously how solid is this guy? He doesn’t have to be clutch he’s just SOLID. Killin ’em with the baby fade (and that compact take away). Only guy to give Rory a run for the Race to Dubai last year. Another powerhouse product of the Euro Tour. Cheers mate.
