Battle in NOLA

Zurich Classic of New Orleans | This week’s stop on Tour

Justin Rose | Defending champion. Coming off a T-10 finish at Augusta. Always solid. Have to think he’ll have a good week. Oh and he’s sponsored by Zurich…so…coincidence?

PGA TOUR Live | Great line ups for this week.

Thu: Jason Day, Danny Lee, Steve Stricker | Rickie Fowler, Ben Crane, Jason Bohn

Fri: Charley Hoffman, Smylie Kaufman, David Toms | Justin Rose, Billy Horschel, K.J. Choi

Jason Day aka “#1” | Not the week he wanted at the RBC shooting 79 in the third round but his resume lately is pure gold. Coming off a week of rest, Day is looking to improve on his T-4th finish here last year. It would be surprising not to see him in contention on Sunday.

Rickie Fowler | To say this guy is coming off a rest week is an understatement and possibly not even true #SB2K16. He’s been in Jupiter for the last few days preparing for this week after some intense shenans in the Bahamas with the crew. Probably a good way to reset though after a MC at the Masters. Always a threat to contend.

Jason Bohn | This guy had a heart attack a month ago and now is playing his second week back after making the cut at the RBC which is really impressive. Obviously its just great to have him back in the field but he’s itching to accomplish his goal of getting a win this year and making the Tour Championship.

Ben Crane | Playing with Rickie this week. Remember the golf boys?

If you somehow haven’t seen Ben Crane’s YouTube channel check it out. It’s amazing. It’s kinda like…#SB2K13 or something. Hope he does well this week. He hasn’t been in the spotlight recently but has made decent $$ this year with a number of top-30 finishes. Also sponsored by Zurich…sooo….maybe?

Charley Hoffman | Finally won last week after being in contention for a few weeks leading up to the Texas Open. Had a great fist pump celebration on the last if you haven’t seen it…

🙂 | Coming off a big MVP finish at the #SB2K16 Invitational last week at Baker’s Bay. Best way to bounce back from a disappointing Sunday at The Masters. Let’s not forget he was in the final group on Sunday which is the best experience you could ever ask for. Spieth, Rickie and Smylie did it right to blow off some steam after a pressure cooker week at Augusta and will be ready to go in the busy weeks to come.

Rickie and the Bryan Bros. | Both were watching Dumb and Dumber today.
